By requesting a commission, you agree to the following terms:GENERAL
✦︎ Artist has the right to decline any commission (uncomfortable with the request / beyond their artistic capability).
✦︎ Please send references and clear descriptions (poses, type of background, lighting etc.). Having descriptions of an OC's personalities are a big help.
✦︎ Artworks will only be drawn in Artist's style.
╰┈➤ˎˊ˗ Will draw: OCs, Fanart, Customs, Gore, Slightly suggestive, Humanoids, Mecha.
╰┈➤ˎˊ˗ Will NOT draw: NSFW (18+), Old people, Real people,
✦︎ Artist is a full time student! They will try their best to deliver the Client's artwork within 1 week. The max will be 2 months depending on Artist's schedule.PAYMENTS
✦︎ Payment is 100% upfront on VGen.
✦︎ Payments will be adjusted to include VGen and other feesREFUNDS
✦︎ Commissions are Non-refundable.
✦︎ Refunds will only be offered if the Artist is not able to complete the commission at any working phase.
╰┈➤ˎˊ˗ Refund amount will be given based upon the progress of work already completed.REVISIONS
✦︎ Major revisions / changes may be requested before Artist starts working, this can include (but is not limited to):
╰┈➤ˎˊ˗ Clothing, pose, expression, background details, etc.
✦︎ Minor revisions / changes may be requested only during WIPs / updates. Client may draw over the sketch to let Artist know the revisions.
╰┈➤ˎˊ˗ Colors, simple props, easily changeable with sketch.
✦︎ After final delivery, no revisions can be made (unless Artist finds mistakes in the artwork which may range between a few hours and a few days).WORKFLOW DETAILS
✦︎ The Artist does not work with strict deadlines.
✦︎ Delivery time may vary between: 1 week to 2 months.
╰┈➤ˎˊ˗ Artist will update Client if working progress is slow.
✦︎ Commissions will be done in order. Please be patient while Artist works on Client and other Clients commissions.USE
✦︎ Client may not resell, redistribute, mint as NFT, or use in AI training.
✦︎ Client may not heavily edit, trace, or claim the work as their own.
✦︎ Artist has the right to use commissioned artworks for promotion purposes (with watermarks).INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
✦︎ Personal Use License (default)
╰┈➤ˎˊ˗ You may use the artwork for icons, banners, wallpapers, profile images, printing for personal use, and sharing on personal accounts with credit (@biangknee).
✦︎ Commercial Use License (paid upgrade)
╰┈➤ˎˊ˗ Required for artwork used in monetized content such as streaming, YouTube, Patreon, Vtuber models/assets, merchandise, advertising, or branding.
╰┈➤ˎˊ˗ Pricing depends on the scale of commercial use.COMMUNICATION

✦︎ Clients must be responsive as Artist will have questions to make sure Client gets their satisfactory illustration and in quicker turn around time.
